Kase has extensive experience as a real estate valuation consultant and as a financial planner.  His professional experience is drawn from executive roles in varied industries.  After earning a B.A. degree from Kansai University in 1986, he joined Nankai Electric Railway Co., Ltd.  In 2000, he served as a director of Nankai Holiday Enterprise.   In addition to being the CEO, Kase currently heads the real estate consultant department of Global Property.

Hitoshi Sato

Sato is widely known as one of foremost authorities of the long-stay industry and he frequently conducts seminars all around Japan on long-stay, asset management and overseas property investments.  He is a co-founder of Ohana International Inc. as well as Global Property and currently serves as a director and overseas property investment specialist in Global Property. Sato is the expert of travel business affairs and also he is familiar with the inbound event as he has been work experience in JTB group on his background.

Michiko Nakamura - Consultant, Marketing & Sales

Nakamura has extensive international expertise in real estate investments from office properties to hotel and residential properties.  Over the past 8 years, she has developed numerous real estate markets in the United States, China and Japan.  Prior to becoming a partner in Global Property, Nakamura was an investment consultant in Goldman Sachs for 4 years.   In her various professional roles, she has been developing the real estate investment market in China since 2006.
